- To match you with the local rent-to-own dealer that serves your ZIP code.

How we share your information
We share the information you submit with the one local dealer assigned to your ZIP code so they can contact you about a rent-to-own offer. The dealer becomes an independent controller of your information once it is shared and may run their own credit, identity, or income checks before signing an agreement.
We may also share information with service providers (e.g. email delivery, hosting, payment processors), with law enforcement when required by law, and as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information for advertising. Sharing your information with the dealer who will service your application is the core of the service you requested.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of certain sharing. Communications & SMS
By submitting an application you agree that RentToOwnMowers.com and the local dealer matched to your ZIP may contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your application — including via autodialed or prerecorded messages — at the numbers and addresses you provided, even if those numbers are on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Retention
We keep application information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
Children
Our service is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
