Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using RentToOwnMowers.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What we are

RentToOwnMowers.com is a lead-referral service. We are not a lender, bank, dealer, retailer, broker, finance company, or rent-to-own provider. Rent-to-own programs, mower availability, pricing, fees, terms, approval criteria, and the agreement you sign are determined solely by the independent dealer matched to your ZIP code.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico) and a U.S. resident to submit an application.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. False or misleading information may delay or disqualify your application and may be a violation of law.

4. Communications consent

By submitting an application you consent to be contacted by RentToOwnMowers.com and the dealer matched to your ZIP code by phone, SMS, and email about your application — including via autodialed or prerecorded messages — at the numbers and addresses you provided, even if those numbers appear on any Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

5. No guarantee of approval

We do not guarantee that any dealer will approve your application or that any specific mower, price, term, or payment plan will be available to you. Approval and final terms are at the dealer's discretion.

6. Rent-to-own disclosure

Rent-to-own programs typically cost more over the life of the agreement than buying the same item with cash. Always read the dealer's agreement carefully — including total cost, term length, payment frequency, late fees, default and repossession terms, and any early-payoff option — before signing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit information that is not your own without authorization; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (c) attempt to access non-public areas; (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by RentToOwnMowers.com and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use any of it without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND THE LEAD-REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTTOOWNMOWERS.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEALER YOU ARE MATCHED WITH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which RentToOwnMowers.com maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
